Hello Fellow Cryptid Lovers,
I owe you an apology. The BackerKit surveys have not gone out yet, and I underestimated how long the setup process would take. I'm sorry for the delay and any confusion this caused, especially after my last update promised them by Thursday.
That means a couple more updates than you expected from me. However I'd rather send updates than have you wondering what is happening.
I'm actively working through the setup and will send another update as soon as I have a confirmed send date.
Thank you for your patience - you've been an amazing community throughout this entire process and I don't take that for granted. Cryptids ARE coming.

For those new to crowdfunding, a pledge manager is a tool that collects your shipping address, confirms your rewards, and handles any add-ons after a campaign ends. Think of it as the fulfillment hub for everything you backed.
I'm using BackerKit because Kickstarter wasn't allowing local pickup as an option, and automatically charged tax on digital rewards. BackerKit solves both of those issues.
BackerKit is how I'll deliver both PNP files and physical rewards.
⚠️ Important Note for Local Pickup:
When you're filling out your survey and prompted to select your country, do NOT select United States. Instead select Local Pickup. Yes, I know it's a little weird.

Cryptid Creek: Build a Legend won Most Innovative Game at 2DCon based on votes by attendees! I'm so proud of this recognition and grateful to everyone who stopped by our booth to play. Here are a few of the amazing cryptids people built while demoing the game. The creativity was incredible!

Hello Fellow Cryptid Lovers!
Quick update for you. Everything is on track to meet our deadlines for both PNP and physical copies.
Fresh Art from Leslie
Two more finished illustrations just arrived and they are amazing.
First up, the Skeleton Torso. Those eyes peering through the ribcage? Pretty unsettling. Just the right amount of creepy for a cryptid hoax.
Next, the Thunderbird Wing. Leslie's addition of the lightning effect takes this one to another level. You can almost hear the thunder.
