Some important updates:

Pledge Manager Closing Sunday October 25th
If you haven’t completed your BackerKit pledge manager yet, please do so by Sunday October 25th. After that it will be locked and we’ll be preparing shipments.

Shipping Starts End of Next Week
Cryptids are coming! We’re looking to start shipping physical games by the end of next week. I can’t wait for them to land on your doorstep.

A Note About the Digital Files Email
Some of you have had questions about the digital files email from BackerKit. If you’ve already completed your pledge manager, there’s nothing else you need to do. Your cryptids will be heading home to you shortly.

If you still haven’t received your digital files or have any questions, please reach out at Nicole (at) tesseraypublishing [dot] com.

PNP Update
A backer requested an updated token print page with the wood background only showing behind the tokens to save ink when printing. I’m also creating a Cricut cut file for that page. Both will be ready by end of this weekend!

I also expect to have digital KS bonuses ready next week, starting with the Cryptid Field Journal PDF!

Digital Files Delay - They aren't just another Bigfoot sighting

Hello Fellow Cryptid Lovers,

I owe you an apology, and I want to be upfront about what happened.

When I set up BackerKit, I didn’t realize the default setting was to wait until everything was locked before releasing digital files. When I originally signed up with BackerKit, they assured me digital files could be shared at any time. That’s true - but I didn’t follow up to confirm that wasn’t also the default behavior. That’s on me.

The good news is it’s fixed. BackerKit is sending out an email confirming your digital files are ready. You should receive it within the next 24 hours.

If you don’t receive an email from BackerKit by tomorrow, please reach out to me directly at Nicole [at] tesseraypublishing [dot] com and I will get those files to you personally.

I’m sorry for the delay and any frustration this caused. You’ve been an incredibly patient and supportive community throughout this entire process, and you deserved better on this one.

BackerKit Survey Delay

Hello Fellow Cryptid Lovers,

I owe you an apology. The BackerKit surveys have not gone out yet, and I underestimated how long the setup process would take. I'm sorry for the delay and any confusion this caused, especially after my last update promised them by Thursday.

That means a couple more updates than you expected from me. However I'd rather send updates than have you wondering what is happening. 

I'm actively working through the setup and will send another update as soon as I have a confirmed send date.

Thank you for your patience - you've been an amazing community throughout this entire process and I don't take that for granted. Cryptids ARE coming.
